The Women’s Program is a female coached, all-female, strength and conditioning program that focuses on building strength, proper body mechanics, and heavy doses of conditioning work.

OUR CLASSES

Classes are drop-in and included with your membership. Wristbands are required for entry into all group fitness classes and are available beginning thirty minutes prior to the scheduled start time for each class.
